1. Breathing & Nervous System Reset

Breathing better is your top priority, returning breathing patterns to the central nervous system and rewriting associations that may not feel safe. My program checks all the boxes. For now, to clear the nose Neti stick, neti pot, and Xlear nasal spray.

Vagus nerve stimulation belt can support nervous system regulation.

Assessing movement: Learn a simple method to evaluate whether the things you are doing are to your advantage. Your range of motion can also be an indicator—reach out to understand this easy technique.

Central Nervous System Resets, Using Vagus Stim Belt, Tragus, Diaphragmdrills wake up drills to reset the CNS.  This needs about 5 minutes to explain until my product is out, how to have a permanent change to the CNS so vagal stim is not necessary. 2. Nutrition & Detox

Eliminate almonds & almond milk—high oxalate levels are toxic, and almonds are also indigestible.

Water filtration systems for home, showers, and drinking water. If you can’t afford a whole house filter, then each shower head, tub faucet, and sink is great. Some suggestions are on my Amazon store.

Avoid drinking from plastic bottles—microplastics are a real issue and now studies show they can end up in the brain.

Methylene blue & methylated B vitamins— I recommend Solex, as they’ve helped me with MTHFR gene mutations (which can present 500+ symptoms per Dr Dan Purser).

3. Healing Tools & Light Therapy

Red & infrared lights (some lights integrate now with UVA & UVB). My favorite options are linked to my website.

Sleep & Environmental Optimization:

Total darkness is essential for sleep—cover appliance lights, put your phone on airplane mode, and face it down. Blue light blocking 2 hours before bed.

Sleep is the foundation of healing:

Mouth taping, methylated B vitamins, and the right magnesium.

Red light before bed, no electronics for an hour prior.

Use red filters on all screens—blue light disrupts sleep cycles.

Nasal breathing rehab: Neti sticks & XLEAR nasal spray help open airways.

4. EMF & Energy Sensitivity

EMF protection: Q-Link necklace

PEMF mats—Pulse Electric Magnetic Field energy (I recommend Solex, under products on my website, grounding mats for beds (linked on my Amazon store) or do your research). For daily use and healing.

5. Immune & Detox Support

Vitamin D is essential for healing.

Infrared sauna aids detox & cardiovascular function—heavy metal detox (cilantro also helps for heavy metal detox). Immediately after the sauna, towel off.

Adrenal support: A little orange juice with Celtic salt helps the body heal overnight—adrenals impact thyroid & hormone balance.

Eliminate PUFA (Polyunsaturated Fats)—these contribute to inflammation & cell damage. Methylene blue supports healing with red light.

6. Detox & Parasite Cleansing

Detox bath recipe:

1 cup Borax

1 cup Epsom salt

1 cup baking soda

½ cup bentonite clay (optional)

Parasite cleanse: Consider incorporating this into your routine.  Paracleanse and others work well.

Mold & endotoxin detox: New research suggests pomegranates are effective (available in pill form). Bioenergy discs in the office as well as Zeolite.

7. Pain & Nervous System Therapies
