Cut a black trash bag like an in strips – after applying a liberal amount of cyroderm to a joint. I wrap the semi bent joint – apply the black trash bag like an ace bandage and then wrap around. You can use saran wrap or mail tape over the joint so you are able to do movement. You want it secure enough so you can walk around or move around for 20 minutes. Do not leave on for more then 20 minutes.
This is also a nice way to have your joints feel better
